Hello, everybody!
We have prepared a brand-new Book Clube here on Michael's Language Lounge! This one is specially-made for intermediate students.
If you feel your English level is currently evolving from basic to advanced, that means this course is for you!
We will read the British novel "Lord of the Flies", by William Golding. This is an easy-to-read story about a group of young boys who get lost in and island, and have to face their own fears and struggles without adult supervision. It speaks of human nature, youth, and it is written in a accessible, simple language.

Class Schedule
Our program includes 12 classes, or meetings, to be held always on Wednesdays, from June to September. We will have a two-week break in July. Here are all the dates:

Class Format
The classes are
all online and they last for approximately one hour. We only work with small groups, of up to 8 students, so everyone has a chance to speak.
All of our classes are recorded, so, if you have to miss a class, you can still watch how it went and talk to your teacher afterwards to clear any doubts you may have.
We also include in the course materials a short summary of each chapter, to help guide our discussions.
